It is one of my many first’s and this time to witness our 119th Independence Day Anniversary here in Luneta. People from all walks of life are here to participate in many activities from displays, job fair or simply enjoying the sight here in Luneta.
I was fortunate to see NutriAsia’s “Joy Ride”, a food truck wheeling in colorful burst of Filipino flavor. The Joy Ride food truck plans to travel the country to serve awesome combinations of traditional and modern Filipino cuisine with its fun, reimagined Filipino comfort food on-the-go.
Inside the food truck are team from Gala Stars Culinary School who prepares the gourmet food and ensure to serve reimagined local comfort food using only the finest quality products from NutriAsia which keeping tru to its promise of “Masarap, Masaya”, Joy Ride by NutriAsia. NutriAsia wanted to bring a twist to the classic Pinoy dishes and made them easy and enjoyable to eat on-the-go, and took these new Filipino flavors on the for a food trip experience.
Earlier, we have have tasted the Datu Puti Adoburrito with Humba Adobo and my favorite Spicy Adobo, the Siga Bagnet Wrap is generously drizzled with Mang Tomas to give the famous bagnet from the North the perfect kick of spice and lastly the PinoyChicken Slider which puts together Pinoy favorite crispy Fried Chicken made perfectly crunchy.
At the Joy Ride Food Truck, they even let you enjoy locally produced All Natural Blended Juice Drink. What more intriguing is the witty-named flavors like Guyabano-body but you and Calamansi-z the day. There are other flavors available like Kamias, Dalandan, Mangosteen, Dalandan, Mangosteen and Tamarind which had the perfect flavor and sweetness.
NutriAsia is considered as the country’s top sauces and condiments company and home to the most iconic, well-loved Filipino brands such as Datu Puti, UFC, Mang Tomas, Papa, Jufran and Golden Fiesta all of which are in my kitchen and part of my cooking life.
