For five years in a row, San Miguel Pure Foods Home Foodie has been sharing #madilicious food recipes and helping a lot of food aficionados through episodes as they showcase the easy and affordable meals to prepare everyday.

San Miguel Pure Foods Home Foodie Season 5 is another feat for the three resident Chefs; Llena, Martin and John – together with real life couple Drew Arellano and lya Villania, continue to teach and entertain Home Foodies with resto-inspired and classics with twists but with new and level up ideas, easy-to-prepare as well as budget-friendly recipes.

Iya Villania-Arellano and Drew Arellano welcomed the media guests to the Home Foodie event and they shared some important details on what viewers can expect on their upcoming episodes.

Among the new elements for this season is that Home Foodie went out of the kitchen for fresh ambience. Some of the cooking demos are done on location with a refreshing view of the Sierra Madre Mountain Ranges as the kitchen backdrop.

Home Foodie also engages more with its Ka-Home Foodie community on recipe ideas, questions and needs that can be addressed by the show. Drew will roam around the city to personally talk to the viewers and netizens.

Iya and Drew also shared some fun facts on cooking. Iya shared that even though she is not that good when it comes to cooking, she always try her best to learn and that is the most important lesson she wants her children to learn. To never stop learning and try always until you perfected the craft. Drew is the one who cooks well and he loves to
cook steak.
