She has beauty that could launch a thousand ship not to mention her statuesque fit for a beauty queen. She has the natural charm and charisma and she just turned 18!
Klea Pineda is the Ultimate Female Survivor for Starstruck’s 6th edition and she plays “Muyak”, a fairy/nymph in Encantadia.
We got the chance to interview her during Klea’s #EighteenK BlogCon last March 21 at Palm Grill, Tomas Morato and we learned more about the tidbits of her debut. Pineda preferred a modern bohemian theme because she loves the vibe of it. Her debut will be held on March 25 at Nobu Hotel/Wave Poolside at the City of Dreams Manila. “The party will be intimate. I just want my family and friends to be there. With all the people around me giving me unconditional love and support, I’m inspired to focus on my ultimate goal and that to find happiness in everything I do.”
Of course, it would be a memorable debut as she enlisted her close friends to be part of the traditional 18 roses like Jeric Gonzales, Juancho Trevino, Rocco Nacino, Pancho Magno, Jack Roberto and other Encantadia cast while part of the 18 candles are Ira Mariano, Faith de Silva, Gabby Garcia, Sanya Lopez, Glaiza de Castro, Mikee Quintos, Kate Valdez etc.
The challenges that being under the legal age has set Klea’s mind to act on her dreams and learn more about her craft. Watch the interview below:
Me: If there is a thing or two that you wouldn’t do since your a lady now, what would it be?
Klea: “Parang wala, gusto ko maging free ako kahit yung ginagawa noong hindi pa ako eighteen, gusto ko magagawa ko pa rin sya hanggang ngayun, pero siguro limit na lang hindi yung parang…dapat pinagiisipan ko sya, dapat yung desisyon ko pinagiispan ko ng maraming beses dahil kailangan ko ng mag mature dahil eighteen na ako. Kailangan ko ng mag decide para sa sarili ko, tama ba ito o hindi, ganon.”
Klea Pineda is one of the few that is consistent on her ambition to join the biggest beauty pageant in the country. She admits the need to undergo rigorous training to prepare her the pageant. Yes, she is hungry with passion and driven with motivation to fulfill her biggest dream.
