“It’s now or never” said Aicelle Santos about her self-produced album called Liwanag. Aicelle is thrilled to announce the release of her album entitled “LIWANAG”. The songs are not your typical love song playlist. “We all need a little positivity in our lives and that is what I aim to give to the listeners”, Santos quipped.
Liwanag started as a prayer and inspired her to collaborate with friends and write the songs about light, hope and love after the Rock of Aegis stints in summer of 2014. Then came songs “Kapangyarihan Ng Pag-Ibig” by Jungee Marcelo, “Palaging Ikaw” by Simon Peter Tan, “Be With You” by Arlene Calvo, “Imma By Your Side” by Gian Magdangal, and “Tuloy-Tuloy Lang by Kiko Salazar.

Santos adds that all six songs are her favourites because each one is special. From the lyrics and melodies to instrumentation and mixing, each songs was written with a heart and with a purpose. The music relieves the soul and mixing is really beautiful. “I’m really proud of this album, she says.
Aicelle also shared her experience as a record producer. It was tough work for her but she enjoyed learning in the process. ” I was blessed to have the right people doing the album and was so thankful for my friends help”, she added. She ends by saying that “I did the album to share the miracles that I’ve experienced in life, be it career, in family, and my personal relationship with the Lord”.
“LIWANAG ALBUM is now available on iTUNES, Spotify and Deezer and the physical copies will be available in record stores nationwide on the first week of February 2016.
